Our Private Yoga sessions provide a space where you can explore and deepen your physical and mental practice with one-on-one guidance. A few days before your lesson, we'll have a chat to understand your desired focus and create a customized session, focusing on what you need to return to your authentic expression.
Whether you need help developing your practice, injury workaround or just a moment of peace, we’ll use a range of techniques to balance your Central Nervous System and bring you back to your calm. With our guidance, you'll deepen your yoga practice and cultivate a stronger sense of wellbeing.
You can expect hands on (or off!) adjustments to perfect your form and a variety of breathing, meditation and relaxation techniques to help you return to your authentic self.
