Experience the benefits of practicing yoga with a small, intimate group of like-minded individuals. Our Small Group Session for 3 to 5 people allows you to deepen your practice and connect with others in a supportive and nurturing environment. Our expert instructors will guide you through each pose, helping you to achieve proper alignment and maximize the benefits of each posture.
Whether it be with your friends, family or a group of mums, we will come to you will will experience all the benefits of a studio experience, without the hassle.
Expect great verbal adjustments, and hands on adjustments (should you like them) to help you feel into your body. Get to know your tribe better than before and be lead on a collective journey in your practice.
Clases can be 45, 60 or 90 minutes long.
